Fund the Farmer

Horses eat a lot… Fjords, especially, WISH to eat a lot! They can gain 10 pounds just by looking at hay! Despite every effort to control their appetites, good hay still costs a fortune! Each round bale that we feed the horses costs approximately $125 and might weigh 1,200 pounds. Yes, that’s heavy lifting, and when you consider that we stock up on 72 of those big bales each year, we have a large investment in hay! If you have a soft spot for feeding horses and you’d like to help offset Sunnyside’s hay expenses, we’d jump for joy!
