We’re Building a Team!

Sunnyside Farms wishes to welcome our 2026 TEAM of interns and Leaders!

WE are so excited to introduce:

Johannes Magnfors

Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Johannes is an animal lover with a deep passion for horses, farm life, and the outdoors. Before coming to Sunnyside Farms, he worked as a chef, but he is now following a long-time dream of building a life closer to animals, nature, and the farming world. In his free time, Johannes enjoys fishing, exploring the wilderness, and connecting with people from different cultures. He is especially excited to experience America, learn more about its horse traditions, spend time with Norwegian Fjord horses, and explore the meaningful work of equine therapy.

Satya Benoit

Originally from Georgia, and Virginia, Satya is a 24-year-old animal lover and recent Master of Public Health.  In 2023, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Equine Science and Management from the University of Kentucky. Satya has experience caring for small animals in clinical settings, and she enjoys spending her time learning new skills, being outdoors, and helping others. She is excited and grateful for the opportunity to intern at Sunnyside Farms and gain so much horse experience in a real-world setting!

Anna Hussey

From Houston, Texas, Anna has always been enchanted by the rhythm of hooves and the whisper of a horse’s mane. She loves a good canter, leading beginners through their first trot, and watching kids’ faces light up as they connect with horses. Anna is thrilled to join Sunnyside Farms, dive into the world of Norwegian Fjords, and spend the summer doing what she loves most: living and breathing horses while sharing that joy with others.

 Chenoa Epley

From a small town in Wisconsin, 21-year-old Chenoa is an adventurous outdoor enthusiast. Recently, she’s picked up photography, capturing the vast landscapes and captivating wildlife of North America on her travels.  Chenoa has always had a deep passion and strong love for horses, having formerly owned horses as a kid. She is eager to help people by forming connections with horses and sharing memories. Chenoa is immensely grateful and excited for the opportunity at Sunnyside Farms and can’t wait to meet new people and expand her knowledge of horses!
