I understand that if the child listed above receives a scholarship from Sunnyside Farms, I am responsible for special supplies, a helmet, clothing, proper closed-toe footwear, snacks, a lunch, a water bottle, sun protection and transportation to and from camp. Your child should be picked up no later than 10 minutes after camp commences. Extended day care is not available. PPE is available for sale at the farm should you or your child need a mask or sanitizer spray. Sunnyside Farms respects and adheres to the Department of Health codes for COVID-19.
