Cori Trout

Board Member – Equine Specialist,  Web Master

Cori is a skilled horse woman who trains, teaches with and illustrates horses. Cori Trout has been professionally involved with horses for over 13 years. During that time she has earned her Associates in Equine Science, a BFA in Art Education, and became certified through the American Riding Instructors Association (ARIA) in Dressage, Driving, and Recreational Riding. She has introduced hundreds of people to horses for the first time as well as helping many others improve their skills. She has a strong foundation in horsemanship and uses the Fjord Horse as the chosen breed in her lesson program. Cori enjoys sharing her skills both with horses and in art while helping others to develop their own. Cori works extensively with children and has three young boys her own. Much of her time is spent integrating the life of a mom with that of a horsewoman and riding instructor.

Cori understands the importance of education, awareness and the power of passionate instruction and has recently been instrumental in helping the Arizona Draft Horse and Mule Association to achieve their non-profit status as the Vice President of the board.  She has been most instrumental to Sunnyside as a web master and artist.
