Kimberly McLees

Board Member – Teacher, Director of Education and Human Resources 

Kimberly is a Montana native, born and raised in the Bozeman area. After having lived in the Flathead Valley for 24 years, she moved back to SW Montana in 2022. Kimberly is the mother to three children: Victoria, Brendan, and Izzy who are all the light of her life.  Together, they enjoy barrel racing, skiing, and spending as much time outside year-round with their three horses (Bullet, Pokey, and Derby) and two dogs (Diesel and Scout).

Kimberly is a teaching professional with a plethora of skills.  She has a Bachelors in Elementary Education, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, and 7+ years of working in Special Education.  Additionally, she is a CrossFit Level 2 coach with 7 years of coaching experience,  a PSIA Level 3 ski Instructor and truly enjoys assisting individuals with disabilities on the ski hills. 

Kimberly has a passion for horses with a background that is deep and wide in multiple disciplines from colt starting, training and barrel horses to understanding how healing horses can be to a person’s soul.  She is starting a new chapter in life,  and is excited weave her skills and passions together to help individuals heal and become who they were created to be.
