As a former Washingtonian, Sally and her husband Kris coveted the thought of moving to Montana for nearly a decade prior to finally moving to their home in the Shields Valley in 2023. After realizing that the corporate software world wasn’t her “thing”, Sally spent a decade volunteering for the well-known Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center in Redmond, Washington. Simultaneously, she obtained formal schooling in yoga instruction as well as classic art from which she has created her own oil masterpieces. Sally shares with us her kind, generous and gentle nature and her presence in our programs is invaluable. Additionally, since moving to Montana, Sally has been known as a mentor to many. She is a current member of Leadership 49 and has become our liaison for county extension offices and the great work that they do.
